If we had some way to instantly remove this bot's biggest constraint — capital, latency, signal coverage, or counterparty risk — what would the world look like? (Pending creative assessment.)

Conclusion

BSC-DEX-ARB-V1

Status 2026-05-25 (verified): PAUSED — bsc-cross-dex-exec tmux not running; surfaced in High-Frequency as a relaunch target.

Verdict: structurally pinned at low-single-digit profitability against the PancakeSwap bot mafia (was working/alive at its last snapshot). Cross-DEX on BSC means competing for spreads between Pancake V2/V3, Biswap, Apeswap, and the long tail. The latency war is brutal — top BSC searchers operate under the 48 Club private relayer with sub-block inclusion guarantees. Our public-mempool tx with a 2× gas bid is, on average, second or third in line.

Failure mode #1 — sim/live drift. At its last live snapshot the heartbeat showed simAttempts:2, simFails:3 in the window — the bot was finding spreads, simulating them, and losing them between sim and submit. The K-invariant pattern is the same as PLS-ATOMIC-ARB-V1 on the BSC side. Without a same-block sim against the actual builder, the revert rate is structural.

Failure mode #2 — the bestOppBps=288 (2.88%) signal is noise. A 2.88% display spread on a stable pair like USDT/BUSD that doesn't survive sim means we are looking at a stale pool state from a quiet pool. Real BSC arb on liquid pairs is sub-0.1% intraday; anything above suggests the pool has been delisted or the price feed is wrong.

Failure mode #3 — no 48 Club integration. Without private bundle relay, we are quoting like a 2023 bot in a 2026 ecosystem.

Fixable? Marginally yes, but the prize is small. If we wire 48 Club's bundle API + same-block sim + a tighter "ignore display spread >2%" filter, this bot might clear ~$5-15/day of net profit. That is not flagship-supporting revenue. Demote to "data collector" — keep it running to surface BSC liquidations or rotate the slot to a BSC strategy with a higher ceiling.
