Normie Mode
Translating nerd to human since 2025Welcome to the Wick Crypto Engine. You clicked “Normie Mode” which means you probably looked at all those charts and numbers and thought:
“what the actual hell is any of this?”
Fair. Let us break it down.
What is this site?
This is a live control panel for a collection of automated trading bots and monitoring systems running across every major EVM chain (PulseChain, Monad, Base, Polygon, BSC, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, Linea, zkSync, Blast, Scroll, Gnosis, Sonic, Mantle) and Solana (SVM). Blockchains are where tokens get swapped on decentralized exchanges (DEXes). Think of it like stock exchanges with no middlemen, running 24/7, and the “traders” are programs we wrote that look for profit opportunities and act on them automatically.
OK cool, but what's in it for me?
Everything this engine does is built to benefit $WICK holders. The bots generate profit. Profit gets reinvested. Reinvestment creates buy pressure. Buy pressure makes number go up. That's the whole thesis — no promises, no hand-waving, just code running 24/7 doing the work.
If you don't hold $WICK yet — swap.wick.pics. If you do — you're already in on the engine. This dashboard exists so you can verify that the work is actually happening, not just vibes and tweets.
Not sure what any of it means yet? Start with the Alpha page — it synthesizes everything into plain-language takeaways.
What do the bots actually do?
We started with arbitrage — buying Token X on Exchange A for $1.00 and selling on Exchange B for $1.02, pocketing the difference. That's still the core of the playbook. But the engine has grown well beyond that. Today the fleet runs (or is actively investigating) several different families of automated strategy:
• Cross-aggregator arbitrage (our main live earner) — a “price-router” service called an aggregator finds you the best swap price by checking many exchanges at once. We run five of them at the same time on PulseChain (9X, Piteas, Switch.win, EmpSeal and SquirrelSwap) and pounce the instant two of them disagree on a price — buy where it's cheap, sell where it's dear, in a single atomic transaction that either profits or reverts (it can't lose money on a failed leg). This is the bot doing the most consistent work right now.
• Cross-DEX arbitrage — the classic buy-low/sell-high directly across exchanges, on both EVM chains and Solana.
• Multi-hop & backrun — finding profitable 3- and 4-token cycles, or slipping in a trade right after someone else's transaction to capture the aftershock.
• Liquidations — repaying under-collateralised loans on lending protocols (Aave, Morpho, Venus, etc.) in exchange for the liquidation bonus.
• Yield-curve arbitrage — exploiting mispricings in Pendle PT/YT markets (fixed-yield tokens trading at a discount to what they'll actually pay out).
• Smart-money copy trading — watching the wallets of consistently-profitable human traders and mirroring their moves with filters + LLM-assisted thesis validation.
• Launch sniping — catching new memecoin launches on PulseChain (pump.tires), Base, and Solana (pump.fun → Raydium) in the first few blocks.
• Competitive intelligence & MEV monitoring — even when we're not trading a chain, we track what every other bot is doing so we know where the real opportunities are.
The main live bots run on PulseChain and Monad. Active monitoring runs on Base, Polygon, BSC, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, and Solana, plus baseline health-only coverage across Optimism, Linea, zkSync, Blast, Scroll, Gnosis, Sonic, and Mantle. The Bot Fleet page shows which bots are running, whether they're making money, and how many trades they've done.
Important doctrine update (2025-04): we banned paper trading. Paper fills diverged from live fills enough that paper P&L created false confidence and wasted tuning cycles. Every strategy now moves straight from backtest to micro-capital live (sometimes $10–$500 of real money) or it doesn't move at all.
What are all those other pages?
Command Center — The big picture. How much money is deployed, how many bots are active, and how much value is moving on the chain.
Bot Fleet — Each bot's strategy, status (live/stopped), and profit. Every bot is either live with real money or it's off. No more “paper” bots — paper trading got banned because it lied.
Execution Intel — The scorecard. Every trade attempt tracked end-to-end: how many opportunities were spotted, how many made it through simulation, how many actually executed, and why the rest failed.
MEV Intel — The size of the total prize pool across multiple blockchains. Dune-powered dashboard quantifying arbitrage, sandwich, and liquidation pressure per chain — lets us size competition before we build anything new.
Chain Intel — Spying on every other bot on PulseChain. Who's making money, when they're most active, and which tokens they're trading. Know your competition.
On-Chain Detective — Two tabs now: PulseChain (alpha report, competitor snapshot, whale watch, new-pool feed, investigation queue) and Base (Smart-Money Monitor — live wallet leaderboard of Base traders, their trades streamed in every 5 min).
Research Lab — The workshop, now richer. Optimisation targets, a kanban Research Pipeline (every active hypothesis grouped by status: live / shipped / building / investigating / monitoring / concluded-dead / shelved), our Monitoring Systems stack, Key Learnings from the honest assessment, a sortable Strategy Scorecard of ~30 candidate strategies, and a Strategy Atlas listing ~130 known automated strategies by risk tier. Science before yolo.
Chain vs Chain — Macro research across Solana and all major EVM blockchains. What strategies work where, who's making money, and which opportunities could be ported between chains.
Signal Feed (Network page) — Per-chain live feed. Tabs for every chain with bots (LIVE) or just passive monitoring (MONITORING); each tab streams that chain's cross-DEX spreads + a MEV KPI line, alongside its real-time RPC latency, gas, native-token price, and explorer link.
Network Health — Full health card per chain. Live, Planned, and now also Other Top Chains (Optimism, Linea, zkSync, Blast, Scroll, Gnosis, Sonic, Mantle) so the engine always has a baseline pulse on the broader EVM landscape, even for chains we don't trade yet.
Alpha — The TL;DR. Machine-synthesized insights from all the live data — what's actually happening and why it matters, without requiring you to read every chart. Best page for normies who want the summary.
What's changed recently?
The main earner got upgraded: the PulseChain five-aggregator arb bot moved onto a fresh on-chain contract built just for it, tightening up how each trade is routed and settled. It's the most reliable money-maker in the fleet today.
New active strategies: Monad cross-aggregator arb went live. A Base Smart-Money Monitor started polling top Base traders every 5 minutes so we can see what profitable wallets do before we copy them.
Sister products shipped: the on-chain work spun off three standalone tools you can use directly — a token-safety checker (onchain.wick.pics) that flags scam-token traps, a code & “vibe” auditor (audit.wick.pics), and a prediction-market aggregator (sim.wick.pics).
Doctrine shift: Paper trading is banned. The research lab also got a full re-org: strategies now move through Research → Monitoring & Testing → Live → Optimisation, and we stopped building instruments for their own sake.
Broader coverage: Network Health now shows 16 chains (live, planned, and other top chains) with fallback RPCs so one dead endpoint can't blank out a chain's stats.
How do I go from normie to not-normie?
Week 1: Check the Bot Fleet page daily. Every bot is live or stopped — watch the P&L column. Green = good.
Week 2: Open the Signal Feed and cycle through a few chain tabs. You won't understand every line, but you'll notice patterns — which tokens pop up most on which chains.
Week 3: Explore Alpha and On-Chain Detective. Flip the detective between PulseChain and Base tabs; watch the Base Smart-Money leaderboard fill in. You're now looking at the same data the builders look at.
Week 4: Read the Research Lab top to bottom — especially the Research Pipeline kanban and the Strategy Scorecard. If you understand why an item sits under “investigating” vs “live,” congratulations — you're no longer a normie. Welcome to the engine room.
